We ship worldwide (excluding a few countries), we aim for all our goods to arrive within 10 working days, Please note certain orders to the USA & EU may have an extended processing time frame (around 3-4 working days until actually shipped) this is due to all the tariffs and other laws shipping outside of the UK, however please bare with us in these busy times. You are eligible for compensation if your order comes after 25 working days from the date of order.

Refund Policy

You are eligible for a full refund if your orders items arrive faulty, broken or damaged, you must contact us within the first 7 days upon receiving your order, and return your order back to us (please contact us for more information in regards to returns). 

Please note we do not take responsibility for your orders packaging to arrive damaged as that is the carriers duty and responsibility to take care of your item when it leaves our warehouse. 

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within the first 2 days of placing your order otherwise it will of already been prepared and shipped to your address.
